Alice Andrews
Office Administrator; Volunteer Coordinator
As a native of northeast Ohio, Alice feels a closeness to Moody Radio Cleveland listeners, referring to them as “our listening family.” Alice is the office administrator and volunteer coordinator and can also be heard on Prayer Break and Calendar Focus. Alice accepted Christ as her Savior in 1971. She joined the Moody Radio Cleveland staff in 1974. She and her husband, Bob, were married in 1977.
When not at Moody Radio Cleveland, you’ll find Alice and her husband volunteering at an area hospital or encouraging residents at an assisted living community.

Keel Arlia
Front Office Receptionist; Secretary
Keel is a member of the front office staff and a life-long resident of greater Cleveland. She attended Bowling Green State University where a roommate introduced her to Christ. Keel left Bowling Green after two years to marry and raise a family. She has since returned to college and is currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Spanish at Cleveland State University.
Before joining the staff of Moody Radio Cleveland, Keel was involved with various ministries of the Cleveland City Mission and with tutoring in an after-school program; she is currently a Spanish tutor. Keel and her husband, Tony, live in the Greater Cleveland area and have three grown sons, two daughters-in-law and three grandsons.
In her free time Keel enjoys playing with her grandsons, spending time with her family, reading and cooking.

Gary Bittner News Anchor | The Morning Program
Gary's parents were both believers in Christ. As a boy, Gary placed his trust in Jesus Christ, but it wasn’t until he was at the University of Akron that he truly committed his life to the Lord.
Encouraged by a pastor, Gary pursued opportunities in Christian broadcasting and applied to Moody Radio Cleveland. He began working part-time in 1977 and about a year later he was offered a full-time position and has been with Moody Radio ever since. Today, Gary is news anchor for The Morning Program.
Gary and his wife Doris have two sons, Chris and Greg, and live in the Akron area.

Paul Carter Operations Coordinator; Afternoon Announcer
Paul has been a part of Moody Radio since 1975. He grew up in northeast Ohio attending Central Christian High School and then Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy. He began working for Moody Radio Cleveland part-time as an announcer. After a few years at Moody Radio in Chattanooga, he returned to Moody Radio Cleveland. Paul is currently the operations coordinator and afternoon announcer.
Paul and his wife Becky attended Moody Bible Institute, where Paul earned a degree in Communications. They have three children, enjoy gardening and their grandchildren. They have a desire to pass on to the next generation what God has taught them by way of teaching Sunday School, men’s and women’s ministries and discipleship.

Jonathan Dentler
Production Assistant
Inspired by radio programs that he listened to as a child, Jonathan has been fascinated by audio production since discovering the record button on his father’s tape recorder when he was six years old.
Greatly influenced by his Christian parents and spiritual mentors, Jonathan has committed himself to serving his Savior and to use his talents and abilities for the glory of God. Having grown up listening to Moody Radio Cleveland, Jonathan feels blessed to have the opportunity to work at Moody Radio.
Jonathan has a passion to guide the next generation in knowing their Savior. He enjoys reading and listening to "old time" radio programs.

Ron Eastwood Announcer
Ron is one of our “pinch-hitters” at Moody Radio Cleveland. He fills in on The Morning Program as host and announcing news in the morning and can also be heard in the afternoons. Ron works in the background, doing computer tasks and preparing programs to be ready for airing.
Ron grew up in Medina and is married to Danna. They have three children and two dogs. Ron is a soccer coach for his son’s team.

Cindy Grove Front Office Receptionist; Secretary
Cindy grew up in Kansas, Minnesota, Illinois, North Carolina, Alabama, Ohio and Michigan. She graduated from the University of Toledo with a bachelor's degree in medical education. Cindy volunteered during a Moody Radio Cleveland Share campaign and enjoyed meeting the other volunteers and the radio station staff. When a part-time secretary/receptionist position became available, Cindy applied. She enjoys the variety that each day brings.
Cindy came to know the Lord at age six during a Vacation Bible School. She’s married to Scott and has a son, Brian. They are involved in many church and ministry activities. Cindy also enjoys traveling, reading and watching sports.

Doug Hainer Chief Engineer
After high school, Doug was challenged to go to Bible college to see what the Lord had for him. There learned about missionary radio! Doug enrolled in electronics school, and several years later began serving the Lord on the island of Guam with Trans World Radio.
His next assignment was at a Christian radio station in eastern Pennsylvania, where he met and married his wife, Penny. In 1990, the Lord led them to Cleveland, where Doug now serves as the chief engineer for Moody Radio Cleveland and the four associated repeater stations. Doug and Penny have two daughters.

Dick Lee Manager
Dick has been manager of Moody Radio Cleveland since January of 1986 after working for eight years at a similar radio ministry based in Arizona. Born in western Michigan, he earned a degree in Television and Radio from Michigan State University.
While in his first job out of college as a director at a television station in Michigan, he and his wife, Patti, came to faith in Christ through the persistent influence of a local pastor who had a weekly program on the station.
Dick and Patti have three children. Two of their married children live close by and have blessed Dick and Patti with being grandparents. The books on Dick’s shelves include American history, biographies, historical fiction and a wide variety of other genres.

Mike Reynolds Announcer
Mike's passion for music began at an early age and continued through his teen years. Mike went to Kent State University to become a recording engineer. Within the first few weeks after volunteering at the campus station and starting a Christian music show, his major was decided upon.
In addition to Mike’s part-time work at Moody Radio Cleveland, he works at a Christian bookstore. He’s been a Christian since 1984, when he accepted Christ at a Petra concert. He met his wife Kelly in college.

Peggi Tustan Front Office Receptionist; Secretary
Peggi is a Cleveland native and is a member of the front office staff. She’s married to Terry and they have two sons who are in college, Calvin and Dennis. Before coming to Moody Radio Cleveland, Peggi was a home educator. Both their sons were educated from preschool through high school at home.
At 16, she first heard God’s Word preached, met Jesus and invited Him into her heart and life. Moody Radio Cleveland impacted that journey as she was discipled and taught through many she heard on the air.
Peggi loves God and His Word. She is passionate about reaching out to women and serves in the women’s ministry at Grace CMA Church.

Mark Zimmerman
Host | The Morning Program
Born in Cleveland, Mark grew up in Geauga County. After graduating from West Geauga, Mark went to Bowling Green where he majored in Radio/TV. Mark landed a job at WUAB-TV where he did just about everything. He entered the advertising world in 1987 working at various area agencies. In February 1993, Mark was heard for the first time on Moody Radio Cleveland as a part-timer, and started hosting The Morning Program in 2000.
Mark lives in Lake County with his wife Wendy with a large cat and an active dog. They have three daughters. Mark sings in the praise team at church, leads an adult Sunday School class and serves on the board of Building Hope in the City. With the entire Zimmerman family, Mark is very involved in the ministry of the Love & Hope Children’s Home in El Salvador.
