Share Video Training

Thank you for taking the time to familiarize yourself with our software and procedures for Share 2010. By doing this you will be equipped and prepared to take calls when you arrive for your shift at Share. We are dependent upon volunteers like you who are willing to invest their time in this ministry by taking the calls from our donors during Share. We couldn’t do it without you!

The purpose of the training is to guide you to confidently interact with the caller to collect the correct information and enter it into the form. Our web video training is designed so that you can view it in the comfort of your own home or office at your own schedule. The training is comprised of seven Skillbuilders. These Skillbuilders will guide you through every aspect of taking a Share call and give you needed information to help you deal with any surprises that may arise during a call.

Watch each Skillbuilder at your convenience. You can review them again as often you like. We ask that everyone, veteran and new Phone Data Entry volunteers and supervisors, view these videos to learn our software and see what is new this year at Share 2010.

Training Brochure
